The Rima Grant is pleased to announce the The Patricia Shirk Akkad PianoScholarship Fund, presented to The UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music. Established in October 2023, The Patricia Akkad Piano Scholarship Fund will provide support to students studying piano who demonstrate great performance ability and promise art The UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music. This scholarship will inspire today’s exceptional students while attracting tomorrow’s promising pianists to UCLA.
